「We chose this hotel for the valet because the parking is always a nightmare in Beirut then we realized when we got there that they don’t have it even tho they advertised it so we had to pay for parking. 「Overall, dissatisfied. The reception on the the front desk is very responsive but when you call room service they don't ever get what you want. They are very frugal about replenishing water, Kleenex, bath towels and other necessities. I would have to ask multiple times/ The sheets were not clean and the wallpaper was peeled in the room. 「Very good experience overall」

「The place is very clean, but the staff have never gotten any training in communication skills At midnight, a very loud chouting came from corridors and that was quiet disturbing I have visited this place many times before and this was my worst experience」
