「Why would a hotel invested so well as this (amenities are exceptional for a Super 8) restrict its patrons to an uncomfortable night’s sleep? We wondered why we were NOT resting deeply, just tossing and turning, until we discovered that ridiculous little motion detector on the air conditioning thermostat that limits the cool air we would receive throughout the night - so long as there is Exaggerated movement. Who would create such a device for hotels that lets the room get super hot for 20...

「What a sweet place! Two nights while I was helping my brother. My host, Dan, was great and made sure I was comfortable. Traveling alone is not always easy and Dan made it enjoyable. Thanks!」

「The location is ideal - winter or summer. However, the cabin was ice cold when we checked in. The gas fireplace was insufficient to adequately warm the living space; that is, we had the thermostat cranked to 85, but the interior temp never rose above 65. We had to borrow blankets and space heater from our daughter who had a full house on the Peninsula.We also discovered one window open about 1/2”, which obviously created inefficiency. There was a live spider and web in the Keurig water reservoir...

「We enjoyed our stay at the Albaugh family guest house. The views were amazing. There is a great view of Mt Shasta and Mt Lassen. We enjoyed watching the cows move around in the pasture. A convenient location. We would stay again」

「Lake View cottage is perfectly located for fun on the Almanor peninsula. My family and I went to participate in the Courage race. We had a wonderful weekend. The cottage hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. I would not recommend this property for an elderly group as the stairs are very steep and could be hard to navigate for some. Other than that, it had beautiful views and a large deck for family dinners. 」

「The worst experience Ive ever had with a rental, by far. I would not recommend renting this property, nor any other that is managed by EVOLVE. They have taken advantage of renters and owners across the country, it is well documented. This house was disgusting, we left without staying an hour. I was shocked that they would present a home in this condition to anyone. Drove 4 hours to stay here, then had to find another place to stay, which was over an hour away, because the house was so filthy....
