「All staff members are so kind and friendly. Every service was perfect and comfortable for me from the checking in to checking out. We booked the hotel very last minutes, but the staff helped me for the meal arrangement and the safari arrangement smoothly so there was no inconvenience and negative comments for the stay! I’d like to come and visit here again. 」

「It's difficult to use the same approach to compare adventure camp accommodation to a city hotel. For what it was the accommodation was good and the hospitality very good. Minor maintenance issues around the camp but this did not impact on or distract from the experience.」

「We got to the hotel at the end of a dirt roa, to check in, at around 7:15pm. The main gate was SHUT and there WAS NO ONE THERE.. We asked s couple of neighbors who said the guard had left and they hadn’t seen any guests come there for a while. It was raining and dark, we were stranded in the area which was new to us, went to two different hotels and finally after two hours found somewhere to stay for the night. The hotel via hotels.com took full payment at the time of booking. 」

「It was extremely difficult to check out. They do not have the facilities for customers to use a credit card. The girl at the front desk is nice but she is over worked; she cooks, cleans, wait tables and acts as thr receptionist too. The room was not ready at 3:30. The owner does not have much understanding about working with Expedia.com. He spoke to me rudely on phone and I do not think he and his staff are properly trained in hotel buisness. It was a mess at the checkout time and they insisted...
