「The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We weren’t able to get the airport shuttle, but just did an uber for about $6 USD. The next day we took their Tuk Tuk back to airport, and that was really fun for under $2 USD. It was absolutely worth it to get out of the airport for that night, and have a bed and a warm shower before our next flight. The bottle waters were greatly appreciated. 「The hotel was oberbooked and didn’t informed us. Once we show up they try to allocate us in another horrible facilities. We try to get the refund but they didn’t allow it.」

「深夜に空港に到着して、自分でタクシーを拾って行きましたが、分かりづらい場所で、1時間近くも迷うことになりました。住所と電話番号は控えていたのですが、正確な地図を調べとけば良かったです。到着したらすぐに部屋へ通してくれ、有難かったです。共同のバスルームがひとつしか無いようで、シャワーを浴びていると他の人がトイレに入れません。深夜でも何度かドアをガチャガチャされ焦せらされました。シャワーのお湯はしっかり出るのが良かったです。バスターミナルが目と鼻の先なので、移動前の一泊には便利でした。」

「This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness」
