「All was perfect」

「very friendly helpful staff, low prices in the bar, inexpensive restaurant and breakfast, basic rooms with rather old decor but in good condition and clean. Good amenities eg pool.」

「Nice hotel. 15 min walk to town centre. Good pool for relaxing and large carpark. Beds are quite firm and no air con in rooms. But other than that comfortable stay. Would stay again」

「When we arrived we were greeted by Paul who was friendly and Professional. The room was clean and fully stocked with water, Tea/Coffee/Biscuits/Milk, perfectly located at the front which was Sea View. The Breakfast- unbelievable- Pastries/Cereal/Full Breakfast/Fresh Fruits. Restaurant- Reasonably price Champagne Bar Restaurant as well as an outdoor restaurant/bar. The staff were amazing- each and every one. Would highly recommend this Hotel. Outstanding. 」

「The place on the whole was just really nice, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, credit to the reception staff, the service was impeccable! The breakfast was lovely with a great choice, the bar clean and cosy and added bonus of the upstairs terrace! Food was great too on the couple of occasions we ate there! My room was small but cosy and clean with a comfortable bed so all good! Didn’t get the name of the reception staff but the little one was lovely and helpful in arranging...

「A lovely hotel, very relaxed and chilled. Beautiful pool with loungers. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, which was great. Fabulous breakfasts, lots of choices and evening meals were very good. We were very impressed by the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. If we go back to Jersey we’d definitely stay again. 」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...
