「A great hotel and spa with competent and friendly staff. 」

「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「Nice clean hotel within easy walking distance of St Helier centre. Hotel enu and meals were very good. Also a very lively pub across the road from the hotel which did food at a reasonable price. 」

「Was a great stay, great location, manager of restaurant was amazingly accommodating, Maybe Tjaart was his name, big tall fellow. He was great and reception staff very friendly as well. Food great. Not sure a service charge is fair when you are staying in theeir hotel. That was a big no no. Build it in to cost and then it wont anger me. Overall 95/100.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...
