"The staff were very helpful, the rooms have were spotless, the spa was lovely. We had a room with a balcony with a view across the town to the bay & it was really nice, the relaxing jacuzzi pool was my personal favourite. The hotel is a short 15minute walk into St Helier town centre or there is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel. All round the hotel is a winner, would come again."

"The carpet in our room was worn out and rucked up! The pillows were awful we had stiff necks, the 2nd lift that went to the spa was out of order all week. The room was cleaned every day and coffee/tea etc topped up but the room needed a new carpet"

Slight initial problem with room allocation but all sorted to our satisfaction. lovely seafront rooms, great buffet breakfast. outdoor pool and indoor health club, amenities second to none.Our daughter used the tennis court every day. We will be back"
