「Just come back from a 4 night stay, hotel and staff all very welcoming Good location and easy to get around on foot to town 」

「The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. 」

「Liked sea front and bay view location. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. Main lift nearest reception was out of service for the duration of our stay. TV service in all rooms on 1st and 2nd floors out of service for 4 days of our stay」

「Great hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful throughout. Room good size, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath. Ample toiletries supplied. Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
