「Great breakfast, friendly staff, and clean room. 」

「The bathroom had hair on it and hair on shower floor. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open without putting the trash can in front of it to hold it open. The microwave rotating glass plate wouldn’t stay in place so you couldn’t use it. The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer compartment and we had ice packs we wanted to refreeze」

「The price was good but our sheets where dirty and the lock on our door was broken 😕」

「The hotel feels dated and needs an update. The bedside lamp is rusted; the owner can at least spend a little to change out the rusty lamp. The hot water are not so hot and has low water pressure.」

「We chose to pay at the property with cash and had to put a cash deposit(refundable) with what we paid for the room. But I dont remember seeing or reading that there would be a "cash deposit" for a "cash transaction" on the website. When I asked what the deposit was for the lady was a little snippy and stated it would be for any damages found. We are old so highly unlikley we would create any damages! When checking out there was no one at the desk so we had to check out with the "kiosk...

「The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.」

「Nice looking hotel for where it’s located. Lobby, workout facility and room all looked great. The service, however, was absolutely horrible. Front desk didn’t greet us or ask how our stay was, etc. - something you expect when staying at any hotel. They had a room service option and when I called that number in the morning the gentlemen on the other line sounded like it was his first day on the job. No greeting again, just a “hello?” and asking for room service took about 10 minutes as it seemed...

「Check-in info was detailed and accurate. No issues at all. The space was so homey and welcoming. And James really was a God send. Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation. 」
