「No fridge or microwaves in the rooms. I traveled with my twin babies and every time I have to get them a bottle of milk before going to bed I had to go to the kitchen and use their mini microwave. The rooms were clean but the microwave in the kitchen/ restaurant was never cleaned up . Everything looked like it was supposed to since is a cabin type of place but the smell of the common area was a little bit unpleasant. I don’t know if it was because the wood wall or something. I liked the pool...

「upon checking in I did not receive a King suite that I had reserved but a double queen, when I asked the front desk I was informed none were available, however we had friends that stayed and they had double booked them king rooms, so there was a king available There was a group that cooked out and blared loud music all night Saturday night with no regards to other guest, it went on well past 1 am」

「Our hotel room looked nothing like the pictures online. It had original red carpet that was so worn it was bare in places. The furniture was all knicked and scratched up. The freezer wasn’t clean, had trash in it, and had ice build up. The shower smelled when you turned on the water. The carpet was dirty, they don’t move furniture and clean behind it. The white door to the outside was so dirty you could see the handprints of previous people who had stayed there and there was a crack so wide when...

「I had checked in and minutes later got a call about a family emergency and had to leave immediately and was denied a refund request. Also I had to switch rooms because the first one the tub was completely stopped up and water just collected in the tub. The first room smelled of mildew. The second room reeked of pot. There was only one towel. I would rather sleep in my car then ever sleep at this hotel.」
