「The room was disgusting and stinky and there were no blankets on the bed. And the sheets were dirty! The whole experience was terrible!!」

The bathroom was extremely outdated, tub had places where the paint/finish had chip marks in base. The area behind, and around the sofa were dirty as well as the wall under the towel rack, and behind door. The room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was really nice and polite. It was our first time staying there & we will stay there again!」

「By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room. There’s drug addicts and lowlife everywhere. Please do not stay there. It was awful.」

Ak Always lukewarm Coffee, OJ machine broken, food lukewarm, pool out of service but not divulged until asked , beds not changed, no luggage carts available, no safety bars in tub/shower, no‐slip mats provided, smoking outside of bldg doors entered hallway access to rooms, loud guests slamming doors at 5:30am.」
