This was a wonderful place to stay during our visit. The property was well appointed. We did not lack for anything. I highly recommend Roos & Blues for your next stay in Madisonville, Kentucky. Kathryn was a wonderful host. The property was very clean and comfortable. Thanks again!!

We loved the location! It was on hole 4 of City Park Disc Golf course- we ran a 3 day Disc Golf Tournament so being close by was a blessing! The parking was ample for our 17 ft trailer as well!! It was pet friendly but we ended up not bringing our dogs but they had a kennel for use. Kathryn was super friendly and answered very promptly any question I had-beforehand and during our stay!! We are planning on hosting another tournament next year and will be hoping to stay at this location!! Very highly recommend!!!

Good for a Short Term Stay

The house and location certainly met our needs. At first I was quite confused that there was no stove/oven in the kitchen as I did not remember seeing any notice of such in the listing, which is not there - but closer look at the pictures, one can tell there is not one to be seen. With what we brought to cook, we were able to make do with the hot plates, etc. that were provided.Having said that, we had many of times we had to reset breakers due all the electrical appliances in the kitchen and on top of that, the water heater went out on us overnight, so it was cold showers in the morning.It is were not for these surprises, the stay was worth 5 stars.

Great location and all the amenities!

My husband, pup, and I were in town for an event at the Madisonville Airport and the location was super convenient. The space had all we needed and was well stocked for our weekend stay!

Very comfortable home!

This was a great experience while in Madisonville for a basketball tournament. The house was absolutely spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The location is close to anything you want to do and only a five minute drive to the highway. The hostess was friendly and communicated with us throughout the stay to make sure everything was perfect. At this price, it was a no brainer versus staying in a hotel. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The space was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. Visiting family

We booked this house to give us a home base as we visited elderly family members. We were able to have a comfy home that was a great base from which we could visit lots of people. The property was quiet. The home was well-appointed. We even got to host some adult cousins to play board games!

A home away from home

We enjoyed our stay; the house was clean and comfortable. The host provided everything you would need, and more. The location is great, right on the lake with a walking trail and close proximity to the park. We would stay here again.

Great location and excellent hosts

A beautiful park with 18-hole disc golf course, two stocked lakes for fishing, a swimming pool, a 1.25-mile walking trail, volleyball, tennis and pickleball courts, a clubhouse with meeting room, shaded picnic areas, and a miniature golf course is right out your front door but not intrusive. The host was very responsive and polite. There were treats left for me and my dog. The bed was very comfortable and it was great having a washer and dryer there to freshen my clothes. I would recommended this private oasis for anyone!

Short family visit

We were in town for a short stay to visit with family. This rental was a great location for our stay, easy access to pretty much anywhere in town. Simple little cabin with really nice amenities. There was a small problem with the mini splits when we got there but the property managers were super responsive and had it fixed right away. I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this by far had the best coffee and tea options with several different types of appliances. There were even snack options and water in the fridge which was much appreciated. Loved all the little things that made our visit easier like the luggage stands, extra blankets etc. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit.

Great stay in Madisonville

House had everything we needed and has cute decor! It’s very well stocked and host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again! The boys caught 10 fish in the lake and it was nice to have a park to walk in.
