「Wir waren als Familie zwei Nächte hier und waren vom freundlichen Personal sehr angetan. Die Lage bietet traumhafte Ausblicke über die Berge. Die Preise für Essen und Getränke sind äußerst fair und die Qualität hervorragend. Ausnahmslos alle des Personals sind sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Selbst die Baustelle, weil die Anlage um ein paar Häuschen erweitert wird, stört überhaupt nicht. Unsere Weiterfahrt, sowie einen Ausflug haben wir vom Resort organisieren lassen .」

We didn’t because the place looked dirty and unfinished. We left. Now I’m trying to get my money back from Expedia. i got through on chat, Bupindher said someone from Expedia service would email me but they have not.」

「We booked a room with a private pool but when we arrived the room was located on the 1st floor without a private pool. It turned out the ‘private pool’ was a shared pool on the ground floor with the room below ours. It clearly stated a private pool when we made the reservation and I went back afterwards to double check if it said a shared pool anywhere - but it didn’t. Also the pictures were very misleading of the room next to the pool as we happened to get a room on a higher floor where you...
