"If I could give this place a 0 I would. We booked for 14 nights due to a work trip. We ended up spending 1 night in this hotel and left. It was filthy, it was horrid and it was just not up to any standards of a hotel. It seemed like a half way house - disgusting. I have attached some photos. We requested a refund for the 14 days as we only did one day here and we weren't allowed a refund. Expedia wouldn't even refund us. We will not be using Expedia ever again. When I managed to reach the responsible person, they sounded frustrated on the phone, as if it was my fault they hadn't fulfilled their responsibilities properly The advertisement was ambiguous, and I wasn't aware that the bathroom was separate. Additionally, the room wasn't clean, and the towels provided were dirty, so I had to get my own. The heating wasn't functioning, and it was uncomfortably cold.
