「Our family break turned into a nightmare. An aggressive guest was screaming, swearing and banging doors, leaving my two autistic children terrified. Despite reporting the situation to reception, we felt unsafe and were forced to leave early. We even had to involve the police. My son is still suffering from anxiety following the incident. Extremely disappointed with the hotel’s handling of our safety.」

「I have stayed here a few times before. This time I needed to be at a meeting early in the morning so arrived at 9pm in the evening. We went straight to the bar to have a night cap. Unfortunately they were closing the bar “in 5 Mins” so only got one drink in before it closed. The air con in the room didn’t work so the small window in the room was all I had.
