「We could have wonderful time in Cala de Mar in December 2017. It was the second time to stay this hotel and was called Capella last time. The second stay was also great in spite of its name and operation were changed. We really want to return here even though it takes more than 20 hours from our city, Tokyo. The design and architecture if this hotel is awesome. All of staff were also incredible. Especially Jorge and Laura always made our days. We like Mexico very much and recommend this...

「The hotel is beautiful, and the concierge staff are amazing. The chef’s team is also very friendly and welcoming. The only issue we experienced was theft. We lost a speaker on the first day while our carry-ons and personal bags were being transferred to the room. The next day, my friend also lost $500 in cash after the cleaning service visited the room. Overall, it’s still worth visiting, but I would recommend carrying your personal belongings yourself and keeping all valuables securely locked...

「Imposible dormir con el ruido de la calle; los vidrios no filtran nada del ruido, los taxis y camiones locales se comunican tocando el claxon a cualquier hora y lo escucharás en la habitación. El personal en el restaurante principal mucho que deseara tienes que ir por tus propias bebidas a la barra y casi ir por una cuchara para tomar algo de sopa, en la alberca para mayores de 18 años mucha gente para un solo bar tender si quieres un vaso con coca cola light simplemente te dicen que no hay,...
