「We were very comfortable and would gladly stay again. Good breakfast, nice staff, comfortable spacious room, nice pool and hot tub!」

「Everything was clean and all, staff were nice. Only thing was the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it was. 」

「Bathroom door swings into the open. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Light switch doesn’t operate a darn thing. Where is the thermostat? Oh! Behind the door. Friendly staff. Cold beer on tap. Next to a DQ, walking distance. Parking is free and so are the smiles! 」

「Must call phone at desk for staff. Out of yogurt for breakfast , staff said too crowded to fill it. Wall Paint color chips in bathroom. Fitness needs disinfectant wipes and water. Remodel missing some trim in bathroom 」

「This hotel has become our "go to" favorite when staying in the Cedar Falls area. Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet. Safe area. Very friendly staff. A nice pool. Breakfast available in the mornings. Easy to find location not too far off of highway 20. Very close to gas stations. 」

「Everything was very clean. It was a nice place to stay last minute overnight with a great price. Just off of Main Street so there were many restaurants within walking distance. The gated parking was easy to access and nice security. The door lock was also easy and convenient to use. I would stay here again.」

「For the price it worked out very nice. Large room with fridge microwave toaster and coffee maker. Extra bonus they had a Tesla charger out back I could charge with. Gated parking was nice and the rooms had easy access with coded lock.Jack was a good communicator With all that though, even though they had strict warnings against smoking and a large fine attached if caught, the room still smelled like strong smoke, which I couldn't get past. 」

「Everything was awesome!!! Comfy bed, hot tub accommodations were relaxing and peaceful. It was so comfortable. I loved that there was a snack and beverage option via Venmo, had we been able to stay longer than a sleep it really would have come in handy. Easy check in and awesome host communication. Definitely recommend.」

「Room smelled of mold and smoke. Gave an elderly couple an upstairs room with pets. Was not able to regulate the heat in the room. We left after 1 day, owner was unresponsive. Would not recommend.」
