"We booked a room as we were flying from Glasgow early and it’s close, first impression of outside wasn’t great but inside it’s beautiful with a huge bed and extremely comfortable, the staff were also very friendly and helpful"

"Gorgeous building of age with high ceilings, huge room, nice bed, in great area for restaurants and staff told me where to park nearby for free. Only downside was breakfast - omelettes and scrambled eggs a little dry and no cheese for omelettes! Great stay overall though "

"The family room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Towel hooks were lacking in the room. Maybe because it looked as though part of a rail was missing above the end of the bath.The carpets heading to the first floor had wrappings lying around and weren't cleaned during our stay. The cooked breakfast was good. We had a good evening meal. "
