No teabags or milk provided for cuppa also 5 bottles of conditioner but no shampoo. Would have liked instructions on how to use heater/aircon"

"We paid extra for a "premium ensuite room" but were very disappointed with what we got. The room was tiny and didnt even have a chair or television. We didnt even stay the night and checked out not long after checking in."

"We stayed in the family room with 3 young children. Bedlinen was clean but there are parts of the room which looks like it hasnt been cleaned for a long time, such as big spiderwebs near the blinds, thick layer of dust on a bar behind the toilet. The towels were fresh everyday and they empty out the bin as well. "
