「Good location staff super friendly and helpful, good value for money. Internet ok but just outside the restaurant , no credit cards so you pay with cash ( they change money and atm just outside hotel ) restaurants/ bar/ shops /taxi just minute outside. Rooms cleaned everyday , breakfast ok , restaurant inside really nice food I would back again . Thanks 」

「Nice basic accommodation in a great location. Rooms are comfortable and clean but no frills. Pool area is nice, the bar next to it is good for cheap beer and snacks. Restaurant on-site is pretty good. Air conditioning costs extra but I think it's reasonable (plus it cools off enough at night to where it's not necessary, especially for downstairs rooms). It's close to the main beaches and nightlife in Kololi and Senegambia, and getting a quick taxi to them is easy. If you're looking to hang out...

「The pictures are nothing like the place in person. As soon as we arrived the lights were flickering and went out several times. We have 3 kids and had to be in the dark for almost an hour. Then we asked if we could turn the air conditioning on, she told us we had to pay $11 a night to use it after already paying for our stay online. Mind you, we are in Africa which is near the equator, its hot here. She also charged us for bottles of water and tried to the sell the house to my husband for...

「We traveled down to Gambia to attend a funeral seremoni and chose to stay at cape point hotell since that was familiar to us and the first hotel we ever stayed at in Gambia! It was a good choice! We lived next to family in Bakau and were well taken care off by the staff! They were there whenever we needed help and they were very supportive and service minded during our entire stay! All in all a good trip with a lot of new friends! We will definately be back! ☺️」
