「Tam was very good and answered all my calls when I needed him」

Bathroom door broken and after i complained was moved to an other room which have cold water and toilet not flushing well. While here, i felt safe and welcomed. We had a shared bathroom but i never felt rushed. The TV works but limited channels but you have access to wifi so bring your own tablet. 「Yes beach view was obstructed & the garden view just viewed the appatments in front of you. The whole hotel needs updating it's looking very tired for the money you pay out. 」

「WiFi is bad never service in room cleaner is excellent but the hotel needs upgrading breakfast service was ok but I had to tell them it was cold a few times the staff are very helpful they would always try to solve any issue even with things they couldn’t I believe the hotel is a 3 star not 4 & it’s way overpriced 」
