"It is not where it says on the map. I turned up expecting to be in actual Banjul but I was somewhere miles away. They didn't have any rooms even though I was booked in. Took me to another place that was nicer but again, not in the location it said. "

"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. "Save yourself the trouble—this property lacks professionalism, comfort, and basic upkeep. The location was another letdown. While advertised as convenient, being directly opposite Keir Srynge Market meant struggling to locate the property every time I went out and tried to return.The area felt unsafe after dark, with limited lighting and no clear pedestrian pathways. I would never recommend Sweet Mama Residence to anyone. "

"Very nice stay, the best I’ve had yet. It’s my 3rd time here and I’ve stayed many places and locations by far this is the best one. Location is good right by the beach. I suggest maybe a buggy ride to top of the hill for guest. Exercise is good but can be far at times but no complaints at all. I would stay here all the time until I find as good or better. See you again "

"Second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. The service is impeccable and they really take care of their guests and the property. The tiniest bug was that last time I rented an apartment that included a kettle for heating water. This time there wasn't one in the room as they're only in the apartments and not the other rooms. The staff found one for me so no issue at all really, just to let you know if it matters. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Kombo Beach Resort! The views are absolutely stunning, waking up to the ocean just steps away was such a dream. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks for offering to extend our checkout time when our flight got delayed. The food does take a little while to come out, but it's totally worth the wait. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. Breakfast was a standout too, different options to start the day right. Overall, a lovely and relaxing spot. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting The Gambia!"

"I had a wonderful experience at the Kairaba Hotel in Gambia. The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to the vibrant Senegambia Strip. The gardens are beautiful and full of life, with peacocks and monkeys adding a unique touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome. The pool area is relaxing, and the atmosphere overall is peaceful and enjoyable. If you want a place to unwind and enjoy Gambia’s beauty, Kairaba Hotel is a great choice!”"
