「Lighting in half the room didn’t work. Coffee wasn’t available until breakfast started. Staff was nice. Parking easy. Some stains on the towels」

「Staffless, self registry was a 1st but surprisingly efficient. Very clean, well maintained property inside and out. Well stocked common area with bottled water and fresh brewed coffee. It was a very peaceful area as well.This is the nicest small town motel I've encounteed. I may visit the area again just to stay here again.」

「Confusing or conflicting instructions in advance of arrival, entry code incorrect during late evening check in, but most notably bug infestation affecting most all rooms including bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen. We did not stay on the property upon keying in a seeing the infestation or hundreds of bugs. 」

Her reason was, "Sorry we had* to cancel the reservation because of a long-term tenant currently living in the house."
