「Clean rooms. Bed was not a queen size and was very uncomfortable.」

「Room was very clean but had a musty smell, Wheather had been extremely hot so air conditioning had been used a lot.」

「Front desk staff nice. Ac worked but was real loud. Tub was good. Fridge worked. Bed was ok, a tad firm for my liking, when I peeled back the sheets to check it mattress was clean. Sheets weren’t clean. Pillows weren’t good. Not the best overall, but not the worst. Middle of the road hotel, booked for the location」

「It was comfortable with a window A/C unit for the summer. Some areas were not clean. Some areas/ items need to be repaired or replaced.」

「We enjoyed the house and location. Perfect for enjoying kayaking on the lake, fishing (didn't catch anything), listening to the birds, sunsets, stars, s'mores on the fire, and just relaxing. Please look at prior reviews...I brought our own bath towels (I'm a towel snob), paper towels, etc. Be aware of the very tight staircase to get downstairs. We will be back! We even lucked out that there was a special market downtown on the riverfront Saturday morning..instead of the farmers market.」

「The house was incredibly dirty and in need of updating. The outside and beach area were full of garbage. Very disappointed. 」

「We chose this place for its convenient location to Spoon RIver Festival towns. It worked out perfectly for us. The place is just right for 2 people!」

「Erin was a great host. Stayed over a month, no issues. Very clean. Would recommend.」

「Clean room, good location, great host communication.」
