「Excellent all around」

「The staff was so helpful & friendly. The room was spacious, clean, & loved having our own little kitchen.」

「The property is OLD and it shows its age. The place needs a total renovation. The bed is on a metal spring frame which makes noise with every turn during the night. It caters to the construction crew crowd, which is not a bad thing. But I couldn’t park in front of my room because a group was having a barbecue in the parking lot. Of course they were enjoying cold beverages as you would expect. Some of them obviously were not guests at the hotel, but were there for the barbecue. So around 11pm...

「The room had holes in the walls with obvious plagues missing. No security latch on the door, obviously removed. Mold around the toilet and floor corners in the bathroom. Toilet seat came off, had to fix that myself. Bathroom doorknob was close to coming off, had to get a screwdriver from my car to fix it. Bathroom too small for a handicapped person and no handles in the shower to provide safety. Bed was off it's frame so one of the supports stuck out causing my leg to be scraped. Obviously a...

「i stay at this hotel quite often now that it's open. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Things are always clean and taken care of. no complaints at all!」

「Our host did not contact us with instructions. We got there and didnt know where our unit was, how to enter, where the keys were. We were able to get a contact number from the visitor center, but she didnt answer. Poor communication from host. No creamer or sugar to make cofee. Thankfully there was a very nice bath house on premise as ours was very small and the when we flushed the toulet the smell ran us out.」

「This is a really cute house. The pictures were true to the property. Paul was very quick to respond to emails. He continually works to make this place perfect for his guests. It is conveniently located near grocer stores, restaurants, and the lake.」

「This is a one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. It’s very convenient to downtown Winchester. It’s a separate building behind the main house you see off N High St. It was exactly what my husband and I needed when we were in town for a wedding. 」
