It was very convenient location for where we needed to be. This was our second stay there. Staff was very pleasant and friendly, rooms were very clean, parking was very close to our room and easy to transport our luggage to and from the room. Pool and continent breakfast was very good. We will stay here again! AAA+++ Thanks so much for great service!

The location was good for our stay but the room was very dirty and not well maintained. Walls, floors and appliances were not at all clean. The bed was comfortable and seemed cleaned we did not look too close due to the obviously visual issues but slept well.

Fix the bathroom door!

Very economical which was important factor for reservation. Very friendly manager and night staff. Room was clean. Low stars mainly due to bathroom door didnt close! Water pressure was insanely high so shower was shorter than desired.

Ok stay

Rooms were pretty clean. Not enough towels and night manager was stingy with them and the pool towels. Person next door was bothersome (local sheriff’s office has a habit of renting rooms there for people that just got out of jail). Had to get ugly with him. Other than that stay was average. Housekeeping staff were nice and quite helpful.

Needs Work

This hotel was pretty convenient right next to a Kroger. The staff (I believe it was the manager the whole time) was kind and accommodating. However, the hotel overall needed a serious deep cleaning. The blankets and sheets had stains, the walls (especially common areas) were filthy. The manager had to chase away a man (possibly homeless) who was sleeping under the stairs. It just needs a complete overhaul.

Unfortunately, this property does not look anything like the pictures. Not maintained at all. Doors did not close properly allowing for bugs to be in room, we were given a smoking room which was not what I requested, the bedding was old and had holes in it, the rooms were not clean, rug in the room was torn, the pool was not open or in a safe space. We were given two small pillows and two towels for the stay. The weirdest thing was when we checked in the door to our room was wide open to the outside which felt like someone was in the room. The only two good points were the woman that worked at the front desk was very kind and nice and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunate for the brand it was a real turn off for future bookings.

A very old hotel that needed updating. The staff was very nice and helpful. Was not able to to access the internet, poor connection. The bed was too soft for me. The pillows didn't even fit the queen bed. The staff employees were very nice, hotel well that was a different option.
