エンポリア・シティ郡 ホテル

「Horrible place. Stay away@」

「Impeccably clean and renovated garden style lodging. Super friendly staff and a very nice breakfast with more options than usual at this price. Only negative was that no matter how much paint was used to renovate it couldn't cover up the residual smoke smell from years ago. We were only staying one night on our way south so it was fine for a short stay.」

「Breakfast was nice」

「Property seems to need lots of maintenance. Broken window in pool area and what looked like rotted wood around glass. Also pool door was always unlocked. Anyone could have gone in. Our room had a torn curtain and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The staff was kind and professional and breakfast was nice.」

「The pool was already closed when we arrived. Handicap parking was somewhat limited… all spaces were full on the frontside. We had to park on the side and navigate our way through from there. The lady at the front desk in the morning was a bit rude and wouldn’t look up to process our check out. After standing for several minutes without as much as a “one moment please” I decided to leave our keys on the counter and leave.」

「Propreté」

「ダブルベッドを２台の部屋を予約したのにキングサイズのベッドを1台の部屋。 氷のマシーンも壊れている。 禁煙の部屋なのに煙草臭い。」

「This "hotel" is not appropriate for people. Roaches inside the fridge and microwave, clogged bathroom sink, and the smell is terrible. "Manager" changed us 3 times, all the same filth.」

「Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean.」
