「All of the staff were extremely helpful. They have free valet parking as well as self parking. Front desk staff were very attentive, courteous & helpful. Our room was spacious, clean had a large bathroom w/walk-in shower with all the necessary amenities. Casino floor was well maintained with lots of slot machines to choose from, they even had some of my favorite machines!!!!! Restaurants & Coffee shop make this a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed ourselves & will definitely return!!」

「We have stayed at the Cook for camp five summers now. This is the first time I saw service levels lowered. The staff are great but this year we didn’t have room cleaning, towel service or trash removed for the four nights we stayed. Also, I have noticed the breakfast menu hasn’t changed in five years and can get a little boring.
