「郊外なのでそこまで高くない。文句のつけようがないくらい快適なホテル。コインランドリーがあると思い込んでおり、それがなかったのが唯一のマイナスポイント。」

「Even though there was a hockey tournament, the staff handled everything so that there were no interruptions or problems for other guests I have had very bad experiences at an Oshawa location where the hotel was overrun with screaming children that were unsupervised. This was also a hockey tournament and it made my stay a nightmare. The Whitby location had superior rooms and the staff were excellent!!!」

「最初に入った部屋のテレビが映らず、フロント係の女性に「同行の子どもがHockey Night in Canadaを楽しみにしていたんだけど・・・」と言ったところ、「それは大変！」と即座にテレビのチェックに来て、状況が改善しないことが分かると快く隣に部屋を変えてくれた。Hockey Night in Canadaにチャンネルを合わせてスタンバイしてくれたのみならず、「これでも飲みながら見てください」とコーラ２本の差入れまで。。臨機応変な気の利いたサービスは10日間の旅程の中でも印象深いことだった。朝食も良かった。あまり泊まる機会のないロケーションだが、また訪れてみたいと感じた。」
