「Heated Pool wasn't functioning well 」

「The staff were friendly and helpful.」

「The room was wonderful but the uncleanliness of the casino really brought the ratings down the beverage station was messy and the labeling on the sweetener and creamer were missing cups there were strewn around. The slots were very unclean with beverage cups stacked in each other and the ashtrays were overflowing. I won’t be returning or recommending the casino to anyone. The Cherokee need to get a handle on that or they will lose more business than ours. Pocola Casino was excellent and...
