The motel was fine for our stay. We needed a place to sleep with our small dog so she could go potty outside without needing stairs, and was an easy access to the highway to in-laws house. The room was clean, nice and cool or warm when the weather changed and very nice and quiet. Nothing special but we just needed a place to sleep at nice. the young man at reception was nice at check in and we had no problems the 2 nights we stayed there. I would say, do not allow your children to use the remote, the cable needs to be limited in the higher numbers. Not that you can use them without paying , but the channels available would not be ones I would want my grandchildren to be able to read.

In order to check in or out you have to call the office. There is an interior door knob with lock on the room door with no dead bolt or security latch.

Don’t do it.

Absolutely disgusting. Hair on the mattress pad, foul smell, just all around old and dirty. We requested a refund before leaving and finding somewhere else to stay. We’ll see if I get it.

Get what you pay for..

I got what I expected and what I paid for. I did not expect much. It was a $50.00 Motel room. There was nothing fancy but the onsite manager did his best to make my stay good. Really nice guy who is trying his best. He allowed me to park my boat next to a plug to charge my batteries and the parking lot was well lit with security cameras. I wouldn't leave anything loose in your boat. 10 minutes from the ramps a Lake Eucha. I highly recommend The Mexican restaurant next door. The salsa sucked (like water), ask for the good salsa (spicy).

Upon check in, we had to wait 5-10 min for someone to come to the desk, couldnt understand what he was saying. There was absolutely no hot water, barely got luke warm, called front desk and no one answered so we had to drive to the office, wait another 5-10 min for yet a different person to come help us. Then told we could use a community area? No thank you. I would have to drive to that area, as there was snow and we werent going to walk, then drive back to our room, wet from having showered in a different room. Not pleased with this visit

I had a room with 2 queen beds that were super comfortable. The air conditioner worked great as did the microwave, TV, and Wi-Fi! I've stayed at this hotel several times and have never been disappointed!! It's budget and pet friendly.... They even have a little dog park for your fur babies and didn't charge extra. When I have to be in the area, I stay in Jay!

Terrible customer service. Everything is run down and the person working the front desk is rude and has the communication skills of a toddler. When you asked questions all he would do was point at signs posted around the office. I would recommend that anyone wanting to stay in the area to just drive an extra 15 miles and stay in Grove
