「The fridge was a bit loud, and the AC did not cool the room that much, but other than that, I slept well. 」

「The hotel was walking distance to a lot of things, which was great for the kids to walk around. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was decent.」

「Great staff. The pool and gym are well maintained and a huge plus since the weather ruined our Hersheypark plans. Easy parking, nice amenities, and a great location near downtown with plenty of food and drinks nearby. Great stay overall!」

「They charge me $35 dollars more bec i got there 1 hour early .the guy at the desk was so rude about it. i get to the room bathroom is so small the the sink is in the bed room. Elevator was glitchy. The tv didn’t work. Netflix would not show on the screen .. tv was so small it was level to the bed so you couldn’t see it. Definitely never staying here again.」

「Parking was easy, breakfast was nice, I had kids so it was nice to get that meal to them, they loved the waffle maker. The hotel itself id never stay at again. We were on the third floor and there was a party being had in one of the hotel rooms a few doors over both Friday night and Saturday night which kept my kids up. There was used soap bars in our shower and although I didn’t see anything on the bed, I definitely had a good itchy going on. The pool was nice and not too deep, they supplied...

「We had a last‑minute emergency and couldn’t make the trip. I even told the Expedia rep that I had paperwork to prove it, but the hotel still refused to work with me. I wasn’t asking for a refund — just to move the booking to a date in July — and they still went ahead and charged me. Really disappointing experience from both Expedia and Hampton Inn, and honestly, I won’t be staying there again. 」

「The 2 night stay was going great ...... Until check out morning. 5pm the previous evening, I requested a late checkout just in case I needed a little more time in the morning. The front desk attendant was very helpful and scheduled me for late checkout. Before noon(my late checkout was 1pm) there were 3 separate knocks. 2 from house cleaning and 1 from possible management. Possible management stated that at 1230pm I would be charged for an additional day. I informed her that my late checkout...

「The hotel was very well kept. The only issue was that I prepaid for a King Bedroom and when I got there I was given a double bedroom instead without notice and was not given back the difference in price.」

「Our tv was not working properly. A maintenance man came to the room and got the TV on but after he left it wouldn’t turn off. They were supposed to fix it while we were out but no luck There was no communication from one shift to the other so finally at 9:30 at night we were given a new room The other problem was the entrance way was not level with the rest of the room and we tripped going to the bathroom at night.」
