"Absolutely loved our quick little get away. Lovely remote area and amazing for stars at night. The cottage was a good size even with a toddler running about. The welcome basket was a saving grace and loved the bara brith (ordered more to take home as gifts too). We went into Llandeilo which had not many but lovely shops and on one of our days drove for about an hour to get to folly Farm. It was nice and relaxed and the hot tub was so comfy. "Our accommodation was in a block beside the castle. The window was painted shut, beds were poor, a long walk to toilets and showers and no facilities in the room. The restaurant was closed. I'm ex military and have seen better army barracks."
