「A totally unique experience clean room eco friendly one of the best places I’ve stayed」

「Friendly welcome as always. Comfy clean and tidy rooms」

「The room was clean but lacked drawer space to put clothes. There was insufficient items e.g 1 hand and 1 bath towel for two guests. 1 cup, 1 glass etc. This was adressed qickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. The bar prices were different for the same drinks on different days. The evening meal was very enjoyable. We will not be returning.」

「Lovely hotel in the centre of Carmarthen. Room was clean and comfortable with enough tea/coffee for my visit. Lovely cooked breakfast (plus cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices and coffee available to help yourself) all served by friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely stay again!」

「The outside tables could do with replacing. Accommodation was good but the bedside lamps didn’t work and toilet roll holder needs replacing.The food was excellent and restaurant is very well presented but the inner door from the conservatory closed with a loud bang that we could hear clearly from our room.」

「You have to pay for parking £5 for 24hrs then claim £2 back at the bar, this is not mentioned. Accommodation bath handles loose,peeling wallpaper gaps round window. Had to ask for a fan in heatwave which the lady on reception did find. Food standard. The fact they had delivers during the night meant little sleep as room overlooked carpark.went there 10years ago and was looking forward to returning i know wisk I had gone else where. Some staff where pleasant others not so much.」
