「Beautiful hotel in the heart of Swansea. Good choice of breakfast including a welsh breakfast, didnt try this time but will try on next visit. Great sized bedroom. With a choice of bath and shower. Great Molton brown products for bath and shower. Brilliant reception staff who came up to room to check my room key worked.」

「We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Mark and Karen were superb hosts and clearly take pride and care in providing a great experience for their guests, Everything, from the warm welcome to the super comfortable and pristine room and the tasty, well presented breakfast was top notch. 「Booked this hotel as the rest of our large group were staying at The Ivy Bush Hotel opposite, where they had been recommended. We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautifully decorated and everywhere spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was scrummy. Our friends at The Ivy Bush were extremely disappointed with their accommodation and evening meal and next time will book the Spilman Hotel. Would definitely recommend 😊」
