「It’s a cheap room, so the accommodations are in line with the price. The poor review is based on the horrible smell that made it unbearable. The AC was a mixture of bleach, mold, and what smelled like marijuana from a previous guest. 」

「The livestock tour was the highlight for us - spotted a brand new kid beside it's mama in the tribe of goats before our guide did. The hosts were great and farm fresh eggs were available with breakfast.」

「Extremely comfortable beds, fully stocked bath and kitchen had everything we needed for our morning coffee. Communication with the host was excellent. Check in and check out was simple, parking is right out front and nice restaurants within walking distance.」

「We stayed in ‘Alice’ and it was just fine for 2! It is small but quaint and very clean!! Location is away from any Stephenville traffic - easy to get to! Will be back! Owners communicated quickly prior to our stay. I think this place will be very popular!」

「The property was very nice! There are 2 family dogs that are super friendly and my grandson enjoyed playing with them. They left fresh eggs for us and those were the best eggs I’ve ever had. The views are breathtaking! This was such a beautiful property. A perfect little get a way. Oh and the customer was excellent!」

「This property is one cottage of many. We stayed in Cordelia which was in the very back of the property. Though it is a cottage community, privacy was not lacking. Perfect spot for a needed getaway.」

「The home was very clean, though it looked like people still live there, the way they had locks on doors and had all their family pictures all over the house. The host was very attentive, but they did not have a deck by their house as it showed in the pictures. We had to go to lake Brownwood to go fishing and pay for every day we were there. I have a bad knee and couldn’t stand on my feet too long. It’s a good place for just to relax and get away from your home, and take your own pillows or you...
