「We had a really nice stay.」

「Lisa and Jason were the best hosts! They were so accommodating to everything, even letting us use their EV car charger! They showed us around the property, introducing us to all their animals and letting us feed them. Jason is very knowledgeable and had lots of stories to share on the history of the ranch. The steaks they sell from their farm were incredible! 10/10 recommendation. Will definitely come back!」

「Check in was easy. We were able to stargaze and learn about the farm. In short drive of winery and restaurants.」

「The livestock tour was the highlight for us - spotted a brand new kid beside it's mama in the tribe of goats before our guide did. The hosts were great and farm fresh eggs were available with breakfast.」

「The cottage is cozy and just right for small family. You may want to bring a fan for living space if you are warm natured or need noise to sleep. Overall great little place to stay.」

「very close to Tarleton State University」

「Lots of great space for our family to gather, play games, and cook. Not fancy, but economical and dog friendly while we visited Lake Proctor for a family reunion.」
