「This is not an apartment in Portobelo like the map indicates. It's a house about a mile outside of town and it's a bit rundown. The AC can't keep up with the heat and the entire house has a slight musty smell. I left 2 weeks ago and I still can't get the musty smell out of my CPAP machine. La habitación es acogedora, cómoda, y tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodo y satisfecho, la decoración es muy bonita y me sentí con mi propia libertad y con mi privacidad total también a la misma vez. De seguro volveré de nuevo. Me gustó caminar para la playa y es muy seguro, es de los lugares más seguros que he visitado. Hay una plaza pequeña muy cerca con mini market y 2 restaurantes, la piscina también me gustó. La habitación tiene buen aire acondicionado, la verdad...

「Everything was satisfactory except the AC. The bedroom was fine but the rest of the suite was 100 degrees. The caretaker was a nice guy, really helpful. Restaurants easily walked to right on the beach and were reasonable priced. We also cooked in our kitchen, which was fun. The 15 foot tides left bare a half mile of ocean floor twice a day where you could explore, walk to the nearest island and find all sorts of interesting things」
