「Donkey Trot is beautiful and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful and meticulous and the home is immaculate and welcoming. Jane and Steve are almost as gracious as the donkeys and goat :). Just kidding, pretty sure the donkeys get their demeanor from Jane and Steve! Close to athletic center made this the perfect spot to unwind after a day of basketball and prepare for the next. The space is perfect for a family or a team stay. Would come back just for the relaxation! 」

「We stayed over the week of a convention in Indianapolis. Great location, only around an hour from downtown Indianapolis. Made breakfast and dinner each day. Kitchen was nice and spacious. Only complaint was the lack of a few kitchen items (oven mitts, colander, dish rack), but not enough to lose a star. Plenty of places to sleep for a large group. Game room is great for teenagers. Very communicative and easy to work with hosts. Highly recommend. 」

「Great location right at the end of the Monnon Trail to bike up and stay the night. Hosts were very responsive and apartment is a modern gem for Sheridan. 」

「We had a soccer tournament at Grand Park and this house was about 30 minutes away. We didn’t mind the drive as we loved the house and the fire pit. If the opportunity arises we will stay here again. 」

「The home was very clean and well maintained. It's the best home we have stayed at in the last 11 years. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen is big and had everything we needed. The yard was very nice and there was a lot of parking. The house has a lot of room for a large family. The host was great and helped us with anything we needed and also was very easy to communicate with. It was a great experience for everyone.」

「We stayed here with the majority of our baseball team. The players took one bedroom of bunk beds and the parents took the other. Pros:Gas grillEnough beds for everyone5 bathrooms so no wait linesClose to Grand Park (12-15 min drive)Cons: Small common area so difficult to all hang out together. Not much effort put in to modernizing/updating home. Backyard was decent but overgrown- no work done to make it an enjoyable outdoor space- tall grass, no fire pit, etc 」

「We had a wedding and family coming from out of state. It was so much better to be able to spend our time together cooking, eating, laughing, and enjoying each others company. So much better than staying in separate rooms in a hotel. It was great!!」

「Enjoyable place to stay with family and friends for our basketball tournament. Plenty of room for everyone. Good location and not far from food or shopping. Property owner responded to all of our needs promptly. Would definitely recommend. 」
