They are upgrading and be patient with that. But the rooms were clean and beds were super comfy. But the staff was out of this world! They helped me to get my son’s room decorated with engagement decor while we were gone for the actual proposal. I think they were just as excited as we were! They were so kind! Would definitely stay here again!

Jeff at the front desk was polite and very helpful. However, our room had dirty floors, were very sticky and uneven. I dropped an item behind the nightstand and had to move it. It was dusty with quite a few dead bugs. The air conditioning worked well but the room smelled like mold. The continental breakfast was very basic. There were empty crockpots and a waffle maker. I would recommend trying to look elsewhere for a room.

I booked a king sized room. With handicap bathroom. That's not what we got. The floor was very uneven and there were like protruding floor coming up very uneasy walking around. The tub had extreme rust and lime build up. There were garbage when you walked up the stairs. The pool was broke. The work out room was out of service. The staff were very nice but unable to help on a lot of stuff they were very limited. The landscape was terrible. Honestly would rather never return hope I don't have to

The staff here made the difference. I arrived middle of the night and they were 100% ready when I arrived. The staff was perfectly friendly like a 10 out of 10 hotel. The room was comfortable. It wasn't the fanciest place (and I think they're remodeling) but if you want a quiet, safe place to sleep at a decent price. This is totally the place.

Just not good. I can tell that they are making some updates to the property since there was construction visible down the hallways, including a new toilet in a box. I decided to cut my stay 1-night short because of cleanliness and safety concerns since there were some extremely loud noises in the hallway between 4 and 5 AM as as well as as missing smoke detector in the room.

The room was not up to standard. The desk chair had a huge rip down the side of it,if you tried to push it under the desk,the back would fold over,the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed,the sheets were stained,mattresses were stained so badly,they should have been thrown away,the weight room had 4 or 5machines but only one was in working condition. It looked like they were going to replace some of the equipment but instead just left them there broken. We were hoping to use the pool but was told at first it wasn’t open yet,then we were told it was closed due to something being messed up with it. The only thing that was nice about this place was the staff. We also had problems with the t.v.not working right but front desk personnel did come and fix it. Was not worth the money I spent to stay there.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived about 6:00 PM. Had to call the hotel phone to get checked in. The room was one of the worst, if not the worst hotel room I have ever seen. In the room everything was damp. Wet. The bedding and towels were damp. I hung a shirt in the closet and the next morning it was damp. The vinyl desk chair was COVERED IN MOLD! The emergency escape map was not on the door, as required, but it under the sink. The bathroom was really dirty. Tub was bad and there was debris in the corners of the bathroom floor. NOT RECOMMENDED!

The first thing I noticed in the room was a large stain on the white coverlet. Didn't realize until I stuck me feet in bed that it was wet and the coverlet stain was caused by a leak in the ceiling. Yuck! Thankfully our room had 2 queen beds so we just switched beds. It was late and we were tired so I didn't say anything to the staff until the next morning when we checked out. He did apologize. Other noticeable negatives were poor lighting and closet rack about to fall off the wall. The positives were a comfy mattress and a cheap price. If that's all you need, this place fits the bill.

We have stayed in this hotel several times over the last several years. It has changed management a few times and now has changed names even though the sign at the gate still has the old name. The quality of the mangement has changed as well better then worse. It was a clean and comfortable room, but the property has maintenance needs - Lights missing in room, middle exterior entrance ( no lock and broken all these years), no ice machine (have to ask for it), had to have them set up the TV so it would get stations, and fitness area appeared disorganized. Breakfast was mixed with cold water in hot water thermos, had to ask for boiled eggs that were empty, had yogurt and few other items.
