「The cabin has terrible access roads had an SUV and had a hard time getting there, once there one of the bedrooms has no heating, no fridge and the only way to heat the leaving room is by using firewood that has to be brought from outside and really hard to light up, top bedroom its only accisable by a ladder a construction ladder, showers can only be used hot or cold imposible to get warm water to shower and top bedroom shower does not work only water spicket, no internet working try both...

「We stayed at Porta hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Always when we stay there, we are very impressed because of the excellent and professional service. For example, a waitress told me my reservation included breakfast just for 2 adults when we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, but it was wrong because i had booked it with 3 breakfast so I told her about it and they didn't charge any extra. It is completely normal except this country, Guatemala. I always have the same problems with the...

「The stayed at Casa Mural was a wonderful beautiful experience. The view is amazing, the people are divine. Isaiah and Susana were great hostesses. The owner was pleasant. It was my friends birthday and Isaiah took the time out to surprise her with a cake and hot chocolate to wish her a happy birthday. My heart was heavy when our vacation came to an end. I will go back there. 」
