チャタム郡 ホテル

「The hotel was very nice overall. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very dated and dim but clean. The location was the best amenity. Our room was described as a two queen balcony river view, which saying it had a balcony was a stretch. The balcony was so tiny and had loose wood. It felt unsafe with even one person on it, and there was no room for more than one or even a chair. There are were inexplicably soft boards right inside the balcony door, which you had to pass to get to the bathroom....

「Front staff is very kind for Japanese like me,not speaking and listening English well.Including manager,I think that this hotel staff are trying to serve their guests with sincerity.」

「Liked the location. The first room we were in was right next to the elevators - it was a bit noisy a vibrated the walls and floor. The Front Desk graciously was able to change us to a different room.」

「Rooms are generally dirty and in disrepair. We had to switch rooms because the AC unit sounded like it was going to take flight and it was missing a lamp in the living area making it super dim. The next room wasn't much better but we made do. Missing the coffee table, dirty walls, hardware falling off in the bathroom. If you like institutional style dorm rooms, this is you place.」

「No sign for ice ? On 5th floor ? No signs anywhere」

「This hotel is situated in a great part of the city. It is beside a parking deck (We parked here since the hotel parking, valet only, was so expensive) and the deck is beside The Pink House. Walking a very short distance in the other direction takes you to the River Walk. The included breakfast is one of the best we've had. There was a great variety every morning. Top notch! The only thing we didn't like was arriving for our 4:00 check-in time, but waiting until 4:45 to be able to actually get...

「Hotel's location is very efficent for people who likes to walk and explore beautiful Savannah. Old trolley location, very conviniently, just accross the street.」

「This hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and the sitting area was comfortable as well. The location was perfect for us, lots of restaurants around. Did not use the valet parking on site, parked in the public parking garage behind the hotel. It was $12 for overnight parking and was a short walk to the hotel.」

「Roof top bar is a plus whit beautiful view.」

「The hotel is right on the river front which was nice as there were plenty of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and well appointed and the pillows weren't flat! Another plus, free Klondike bars in the kitchens freezer. Nice touch.」
