The rooms are tiny, dated and unkept. There was a substance that looked like black mold in my room. The room was unbearably hot since the heat didn’t work. 「荷物も自分で運んだしチェックイン以外、殆どスタッフと関わる事がなかった中で唯一朝食のビュッフェで女性に英語で「どれくらい取る？」と聞かれて聞き取れず検討違いの答えをしてしまったら呆れた顔をされて笑われました。 部屋は綺麗でしたがお風呂の床がヌルついていたし、ちょっと残念でした。」

「This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located to many places in Savannah to walk to. It’s a nice property. Staff is friendly and attentive. The beds however, need to be updated. They are not very comfortable at all. Pillows are nice but mattress are hard and creaky.」

「The Hotel Indigo is my go-to when visiting my son, a junior at SCAD. The staff are very pet friendly and accommodating. The location is great for walking the historic area and it’s an easy walk across Bay Street to get to a green with loads of friendly squirrels to charm your dog. 」

「This was a prime location, park your car in the public parking garage beside the hotel. They use the same facility much cheaper. You won’t need it from that point you can walk everywhere. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the amenities were in good condition. Absolutely no issues with this hotel and I would recommend it and use it again.」

「I want to start by saying the property was nice and the staff were great. However, there was a lack of attention to maintaining the basics. For example, our toilet kept running if you didn’t lift the handle back up and the toilet seat was broken. Little things like that makes a big difference. 」

「room was nice . The sound proffing sucks you can hear everything in the lobby and in the rooms next to us and above us when they walked across the floor it sounded like horses walking. The room service is not good. It is suppose to be done every three days but all they did was replace the towels and take out one small bag or trash. No vacuming or changing the sheets they didnt even make the bed looks like they only came in as far as the bathroom got the old towel and trash and left. Poor...

「We had a wonderful time at the Planters Inn. The location was perfect for exploring Savannah. The staff was excellent and very friendly, especially John Earl who was really engaging and made us feel welcome. The wine & cheese reception with piano was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this Inn.」
