チャーンウッド ホテル

「清潔な客室 スタッフの対応 とても良かった‼️」

「車で行かれる場合にはお勧めです」

「Stayed here for 2 nights recently. House actually looked better than the photos. Lots of space with plenty of towels / cutlery / glasses / plates etc. lovely quiet street within walking distance of Loughborough. would 100% stay here again. I have removed one star as the thermostat on the shower could do with being checked. Unfortunately the only temperate was scalding hot which made it difficult to shower but I’m sure that’s an easy fix for the host. Thanks so much for the stay!」

「Love the hotel and will definitely stay again」

「The accommodation, though clean, is very tired. The leatherette headboard was worn and needed replacing. The television reception was poor with no signal at times. The bathroom suite was old with mildew around the bath. The restaurant and bar were comfortable and traditional. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was no problem changing the chicken curry brought to the table for the vegetarian one I actually ordered! The new menu is not an improvement and we wouldn't eat in again. I...

「Bathroom smelled really really bad, like there were drainage problems and the fire alarm triggered in my room at 5:40 for no reason waking everyone in the block - pub is fantastic though!」

「The staff and the room are wonderful.」

「The 1pm check in and 11am check out was a bonus. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was excellent. The food was incredible and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. All staff members were friendly and there was ample parking. We will definitely return!」

「Close to downtown」

「This stay corrosponded with a 50th birthday we were invited to, and chose this accomodation as it was fairly close! We arrived, and no one answered the door, I then phoned, a very polite helpful gentleman let us in, and apologised profusely for not hearing the bell. I was upset at first, that my sister was on the ground floor, and I was on the top floor, but the gentleman carried up my case, I am 67 my sister 75! However both rooms were in very good condition extremely clean, and as I said to...

「Excellent.」

「Fabulous little place, in an idyllic location. Whilst the accommodation is basic, it is charming and has everything you need....including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The addition of horses, pigs, and chickens and ducks on site was a bonus, and being greeted by the farm dogs every day was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating (we had to change our dates at the last moment) and are really friendly. Definitely looking forward to staying again.」

「Lovely, cozy Beautiful sceneryLovely hostsWould try it again if it was cheaper」

「無理矢理一軒家を改装してホテルにした感じな建物。階段、部屋やバスルームは狭く、一泊するためだけには、かろうじて我慢できた。併設のスパやタイマッサージが高く、利用したかったがやめた。」
