「The North Conway Mountain Inn was perfect for a quick trip! Located conveniently on the main road, makes an easy walk to activities and restaurants, or a short drive if you aren’t looking to get your steps in. The Inn is simply bare necessities, but felt clean, staff was so kind and helpful, and fulfilled their promise of beautiful Mountain Views! Would stay again in a heartbeat.」

「Most was OK but the owner never responded to my reply's to a welcoming E-Mail from the property thru the Expedia site so I then sent a. E-Mail directly to the property requesting an early check in. When we got there he seemed very aggravated that we showed up early and told us to come back at 3:00. I’m handicapped and travel is not the easiest. 「The amenities, friendly staff」

「we paid a lot for one night in a room with a murphy bed. For those that don't know, it's a bed that stands on it's end in a sort of closet that you pull down to sleep on. Would have much preferred a more comfortable regular bed. In addition to that, the murphy bed didn't face the TV. The rooms was OK - not the greatest by a long shot. The door to the bath room stuck, it just wasn't the greatest. The people at the front desk were very nice and very helpful.」

「The hotel smelled musty or I guess like a ski lodge. When we got to the room, there was no trash can or shower curtain. When I asked for shower curtain the next morning, they did bring us a new one but didnt take any of our pizza boxes or trash out of the room. When I asked about it, they said we have to ask our room to be cleaned, even though we put the sign on the door to have our room cleaned. 「The staffing at the restaurant left room for improvement. It seemed to me they were understaffed and the staff that was there was inexperienced. The staff however was very pleasant and apologized for the glitches. One of our meals was completely compensated to make up for the inconvenience which was very much appreciated.」

「The room was nice and clean. Nice balcony attached to it. The breakfast was decent, I’d say it’s your average hotel breakfast. The downer was I was looking forward to using the Hot tub but it was broken. I didn’t find that out until I got there.」
