「The hotel is in a great location, next to outlet stores, close to good restaurants, and with really nice mountain views. The amenities are awesome: clean pools, decent gym, but there was a musty smell when you walked in. It seems like it was once a really nice hotel, but the A/C units are really loud, and the rooms were not very clean. There were sticky spots on the carpets (candy), trash left in the fridge from previous guests, and the bathrooms had hair in the sink and on the toilet....

「Few Minutes away from shopping hub and very near to Conway town. Amenities were decent and its better to book 3weeks in advance for Better pricing.」

「Staff was very accommodating. The grounds of the property are well kept. Inside, the property is old. Pool is nice. Overral I recommend. Good value for the money. Spacious room.」

「The room was outdated with splashes of what looked like stains of blood on the bed skirt Bathroom is outdated Doors did not close properly Bath tub was gross The staff was very nice Not coming back here again」

「Nice place by the river, patio and confortable beds. Room looks clean but smells like urine, had to air it out but its hard to ignore.」

「I've been cat fished. This place is awful. The promotion photos are from a long time ago. It is a filthy crumbling wreck. It's portrayed as elegant, tasteful and classy. It is the absolute opposite. Everything is chipped, cracked or flaking. The room hadn't been cleaned and the whole place looks like an accident waiting to happen. We left really early just to get out of the place.」

「Comfortable bed but loud overhead with people walking above us. Could not find the common area for shared Keurig machine, toilet wobbly, bath floor tiles cracked & poster bed corner blocked wall TV. Very pricey breakfast was so- so & don’t plan on staying there again. One nice thing that happened was we were given another room of equal value when we discovered water leaking from the ceiling in our original reserved room.」

「We had a great time. If the 2nd hot tub would of been in order it would of allowed more to enjoy it. The sauna was out of service at the time we were there which would of been nice to use as well. But staff was friendly, parking was good.」

「The room is super spacious, the breakfast was perfect for what we are looking for and the location of the hotel was great. It’s our 3rd time here and will definitely come back as long as the price isn’t super expensive.」

「Great hotel and great staff. Very clean & smelled good. Modern decor and the staff were so helpful. I would def stay here again. The restaurant was 10/10 too. Shoutout to our waitress Lexi!!!!!!!! She was amazing and sooooooo great with my daughter.」
