「bathroom doors hung side ways and swings .It slammed on my hand and broke it. I worry about it happening to a childs I told management and they said go get some ice. wow what professionals」

「There is a new rule that you must call the front desk the day of in the morning in order to determine if you can get late checkout? I've never heard of this before and it defeats the purpose of late checkout. Also, parts of the bottom of the molding on the bottom of the wall were falling off. However the shower had GREAT water pressure and it was quiet. 」

「After checking into a different hotel prior and experiencing an absolute disgusting room we changed over to the Hampton and have a top notch experience from the beginning. Brianna provided all the information and got us all checked in quickly.」

「The staff was very nice and helped in getting us a couple of extra request we needed. The only comment I’d make for some improvement would be to update in usb ports for charging phone etc. Lowering the bathing products so younger shorter kids can reach them and an adjustable shower to make it lower and easier for shorter than a 6 ft person to adjust the spray head and lastly heavier comforters for the bedding. Had to ask for more blankets. Otherwise nice room at a good price and staff was very...

「Property is clean as you walk in. They have a small restaurant inside and small convenient store with snacks. Staff is extremely helpful. Seth was the one who got us checked in and he was amazing. Room was clean and very fresh. 」
