「トロイ大学に近接したホテルで、近隣のロードサイドにも食事等が出来るところが多くあり、便利です。室内は広く、日本の同価格帯のビジネスホテルの倍くらいはあるでしょうか。朝食もセルフですので、気兼ねなく利用でき、おいしかったです。そこで初めてワッフル焼き器を見ました。あえて私的に難点を言うと、湯船派なので、バスタブがシャワー用の浅いタイプ（アメリカは大概そうでしょうが）なのでちょっとという感じです。総評として、満足でした。」

「very nice house quiet & comfy」

「The house was very clean and nice. I didn’t realize the air conditioning used window units, but it kept the place very cool and was not an issue. There’s a really nice screened in porch. 」

「I was in town for work, and this spot was perfect, comfortable, trendy, quiet, and homey. I was able to easily extend my stay, and the owner was very prompt and courteous. Would recommend to anyone. 」
