「I missed not having a closet and drawers to put things in.」

「Very Friendly Staff, However The Comforters On Both My Beds Were Dirty Upon Arrival. The Breakfast Was Consolidated Greatly. The Doors Are Very Loose/Shaky, And You Can See The Sidewalk From The Bottom Of The Door. Overall, Not A Terrible Stay, But Most Definitely Could Be Better. 5.5/10.」

「For reference, I’m a Hilton Gold Member and my opinion of this independent hotel (closest to the Appomattox Surrender Grounds National Park) is that it’s very much on par with a Hampton Inn as far as rooms, decor, amenities and pricing. (But not the cookies) This is my fourth stay here at this hotel and I promise you will not be disappointed.」

「The manor is a beautiful historical building. It was amazing to see the every room as it must have looked in the early 1800's! Although breakfast is not provided at this time, there are three kitchens to choose from if you would like to use one while staying there. My stay was a great experience!」

「Small, cozy, comfortable cabin. Great view of the mountains. We liked having laundry, and the check in proces was great. I recommend!」

「Needed a place for out of town family to attend a wedding. House was perfect, Jheanelle is a wonderful host. Would definitely rent again. 」

「I paid in full and was ask to cancel my reservation two weeks before using the property because the property wasn’t ready. I booked 5 months before stay. It was my son’s college graduation so I couldn’t find anything else. He said he would make it work. At the minute I was able to find something else, plus he said there were rescue dogs on the property and I didn’t feel comfortable with the dogs. I cancelled and he said he would work it out to give me a refund. I ask for at least 1/2 back....
