「The rooms in individual cottages are fairly comfortable and spacious. There are views of the green hills to be had from abundant windows but with other cottages around, you may have to keep the curtains drawn. The bathroom had heating arrangements too. The housekeeping staff are regular with cleaning and changing towels and tea bags daily. There is free Wi-fi available only in the lobby and dining area. The buffet spread is quite good and the proprietors were rather welcoming at the dinner...

「Bhutan suites surprised us with the sheer size of the room and the amenities provided. The place is rated 3 star but the comfort is definitely much more. 15 mins walking distance from the clock tower, this place is a bit away from the hustle. The room balcony offers a magnificent view of the entire city with mountain ranges surrounding it. 」

「Very nice place, with good food. But very expensive, particularly by Bhutanese standards. There's another place with a fantastic view directly overlooking the Punakha Zhong that is included in the package tour prices, so you don't have to pay extra. 」

Their Internet service is poor. Their internet access log in screen does not appear always. One has to manually access the log in screen by typing the IP address. 「unique is in heart of the city. and disappointing is that unreasonable charge for breakfast and laundry. sometimes, if the guest number are less, they take the buffet charge but the service they provide as alakart. every time u have to ask for food as if u become tired off asking. weardrob having bad smell, the comode they provide it shakes. it's a bad experienced in this hotel.」

「I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view. Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional.
