「Our room was HUGE and came with a kitchen (including a fridge and microwave) which was a wonderful surprise! It also had a great view. The only problem was, it was cold in the room with no way to adjust the temperature. We called the front desk for help and they weren't able to adjust it either, so they were kind enough to bring a large space heater. It was a good solution till we moved the space heater from the living room to the bedroom, which caused the power to shut down for the whole room....

「The Hotel Football does not exist. Now the name is Hotel Food Ball and owner also changed. They neither received any booking nor payment which I made. Condition of room, staff service, reception, etc were terrible. Expedia should take necessary action asap. Otherwise, traveller will suffer.」

「I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view. Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn .」

「I didn’t even stay as this hotel is under renovation and the owner has been changed! Moreover, I have paid for the reservation and still m waiting for my money to get refund but because of lack of focal and rightful person to contact it’s very hard to get the services what we deserve !!! M still wondering why the concern person hasn’t still look Into such matter to figure out what going about all such things and I may be the first or there maybe many who would be victim of such thing !!!
