"We only stayed for one night, the lodge was newly renovated, very beautiful, but the facilities were incomplete. The room was cold and no hairdryer, but the manager told me that they were working on it. The manager from India was excellent, so was the staff. She woke up early to bid farewell and helped me with luggage, which I appreciated. "

"I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view. Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn ."

"In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. "The Hotel Football does not exist. Now the name is Hotel Food Ball and owner also changed. They neither received any booking nor payment which I made. Condition of room, staff service, reception, etc were terrible. Expedia should take necessary action asap. Otherwise, traveller will suffer."

"Excellent stay in Bhutan- the staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good, they also provide breakfast to go for the early hike to tigernest (starting point is 10 min drive from hotel). What I liked at this place is that they have a restaurant, a coffee shop and a small supermarket at this place. Also traditional hot stone bath is nearby and they offer a driver. It’s a bit away from Paro downtown but an excellent place to stay in Bhutan. Would highly recommend. "
