「期待していた以上のホテルでした。食事も満足できるものでした。ただ、夕食は味は良かったのですが、量が日本人には多すぎてもてあましました。少ない量の選択があればありがたいと思いました。」

「Its location in downtown would be of value to tourists. The staff are well mannered and helpful. The restaurant is multi cuisine. However, this hotel is not good for business travelers. Their Internet service is poor. Their internet access log in screen does not appear always. One has to manually access the log in screen by typing the IP address. Their system logs you out frequently. So you have to log in again and again. Often the system will give a message saying your internet limit is...

「Our room was HUGE and came with a kitchen (including a fridge and microwave) which was a wonderful surprise! It also had a great view. The only problem was, it was cold in the room with no way to adjust the temperature. We called the front desk for help and they weren't able to adjust it either, so they were kind enough to bring a large space heater. It was a good solution till we moved the space heater from the living room to the bedroom, which caused the power to shut down for the whole room....

「A unique setting in the mountains with wonderful views. The deluxe rooms offered a lot of privacy. Excellent service. Since the resort is out of town, the best place for dinners is at their expensive hotel restaurant.」

Had some problems with the bill payment but the staff went the extra mile to help me through the process. The owner is a fantastic man. My go-to place for whenever I return to Thimphu for sure!」
