「I couldn't fill in the boxes above so out of 5 with 5 being top, overall it's a 4. Hotel staff 3 - some training needed there, although they did try to be helpful, hotel condition and facilities 4 though more sunbeds are needed. Room clean so 4, comfort I would say 3 as double bed was too small, mattress very soggy and uncomfortable, pillows lumpy. Everything else was fine and hotel is in a lovely spot with great views towards the hills to the north. The wildlife was a bonus - purple faced...
