「We LOVE LOVE LOVED our stay here! The hostess made delicious Sri Lankan meals for us, cut a path down to the river so we could swim in the natural pool just minutes from the tree house, and the place is so unusual. We were in the treetops with LOADS of monkeys swinging around. We felt totally safe and well looked after.」

「In the hotel books my pre payment was not found so I had to pay at the hotel a sum of Rs.4500/ can you please check my accts and refund if I had double paid 」

「We had an incredible stay at 98 Acres Resort & Spa during our trip to Sri Lanka. The resort is surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, offering stunning views of the lush green hills and tea plantations. The location is perfect for relaxation, yet close to popular attractions like Little Adam’s Peak and the Nine Arches Bridge. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed with natural materials, and had a private balcony where we could enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Waking up to the sunrise...

「There should be a full length mirror. Not important but a nice to have.」

「Very welcoming and friendly hosts, and a delicious breakfast! The room was spotless and the location was perfect — close to everything while still being a lovely and peaceful place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay!」

「This property just made me feel like I wasted all my money.I didn’t get what I paid for.Few things just made me annoyed: 1) The entire room was nasty and not cleaned properly. 2) It was smelling so bad from bathroom drainage. 3) The bathroom drainage was so bad and the entire shower area got flooded. 4) No towel was there and finally I had to call them to provide towels. 5) We found lots of insects which was unexpected. Apart from those all the staffs were so friendly and tried to help but...

「Incredible place, accomodation is luxury, views are breathtaking, staff are lovely. If I went again I wouldnt take the half board option and order off the menu as the food and options were better and not particularly expensive. 」

「The only hotel in the world to cable car me in. And maybe my favourite hotel in Sri Lanka. Very relaxing as no internet in rooms and I read and listened to waterfall. Heaps of room to do yoga.」
