「Room was clean and quiet area」

「I really loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were understanding and kind when I had an issue at checkout time. Then property was well maintained. Whatever I needed from housekeeping was provided. They have a cute outdoor area, where you can bbq or just sit outside, next to the pool, which is open. Breakfast was lovely. You can make fresh waffles in the waffle maker they have. They have plenty of different breakfast items to choose from. I really enjoyed...

「Breakfast was ok」

「The mattress was set on a metal frame. I hit my knee on one of the brackets twice. The mattress was hard & the frame popped very loudly when I sat on the bed. The air conditioning was cold, though.」

「Very friendly staff and the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok just not a lot to choose from. The pool was also ok. Could have used a cleaning but the kids enjoyed it. Good price and convenient location for one night.」

「Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms? 「The checks in staff was horrible when I arrived they lied stating they had no vacancies sat there over 30 minutes in the phone with Expedia who also sucks because they booked me in two properties that both stated they had no vacancies I came from Mobile to attend a funeral that I missed because I was busy trying to get a hotel room it’s very upsetting that you reserve a room get confirmation and still can’t check in」

「Staff was very friendly. From room to reception area, pool to even the parking lot….everything was clean. Substantial breakfast that included fruit, yogurt, pancakes, cereals, biscuits and gravy. It was a great value and will return.」

「The employee who was on when I checked in was very nice. The room was okay. I have been here before, and my first stay was better. It was very noisy where I was this time.」
